Improved Paulownia is an elite cultivar developed by WeGrow in Germany. Forest Ventures is the exclusive production partner in Korea for Phoenix One, NordMax21, and H2F4, all registered with UPOV.
The first harvest takes about 7 years, with an average yield of 600m3 of timber per hectare. Paulownia is lightweight and easy to process, making it suitable for interior construction materials and fire-resistant applications. After the first harvest, coppice management allows up to three harvests over 15 years.
Successful forest management requires the right soil, planting methods, fertilization, and care for each cultivar. Based on our field data, we provide site inspections, cultivation training, and recurring offline seminars.
We operate an 85% survival-rate guarantee program that includes replacement planting for first-year losses.
